With twenty years’ experience in the field of mental health, I have worked extensively with people affected by trauma, anxiety, PTSD and other related issues. My approach combines a compassionate style with evidence-based methods to empower clients to reclaim control of their lives.
I believe that, in all of us, there is a capacity to grow and thrive, even against the odds and in the most difficult of circumstances. Together, we can build hope, find meaning and create lasting positive change.
